Passenger ELDT Theory Training Online Course

As of February 7, 2022, all drivers seeking a Passenger (P) Endorsement must meet entry-level driver training (ELDT) requirements. This includes completing an FMCSA-approved Passenger theory training course and exam before taking the CDL skills training and testing. This important step is now mandatory to obtain a Passenger Endorsement on your CDL.

The exam can be retaken as many times as necessary until a passing grade is achieved, and results are then submitted directly to the Training Provider Registry.
