Employer-Sponsored CDL Training
Total Transportation partners with C1 to provide a direct pathway into a professional driving career. When you’re hired by Total, your CDL training is covered through their employer-sponsored program.
How the Tuition Credit Works
When you’re hired by Total Transportation, you enter into a tuition credit program designed to significantly reduce your training cost over time.
- After you complete orientation and begin working, Total applies a $2,000 credit toward your tuition balance.
- For each full month you remain employed, Total applies an additional $208.33 credit. Over 12 months, that adds up to $4,499.96 in total carrier credits, leaving approximately $2,500 as your remaining principal responsibility.
